What forms of payment does Kathika accept?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. Payments are 100% secure, as we are accepting payments after initial consultation on WhatsApp / Email. For payments, we will provide our bank details upon request.
In India, we are also accepting payments via Google Pay (or any UPI), and bank transfer methods like IMPS, RTGS, and NEFT.
Buying on Kathika
STEP 1: To purchase any product / service, kindly select product and send us the product code via WhatsApp.
STEP 2: We will confirm if any of the displayed products are in stock or not. If not, you have the option to customize as per your requirements. However, Kathika specializes in customization.
STEP 3: After finalization on WhatsApp / Email, we will send you our bank details on which you may make the payment.
Transportation charges and Taxes (if any) will be charged at actual.
How do I check the status of an order?

Returns & Exchanges
What are the Returns/Exchange policies at Kathika?
- We do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery of incorrect product.
- In case of a defect or wrong product, please call/message/Whatsapp/email us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 8669113427 or firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Please include the following details along with the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you:</1i>
- Name of the product ordered
- Delivery address
- Image of damaged or incorrect product
- Any requests received post 24 hours of receiving the product (ie. as per the time confirmed by our delivery partner) will not be entertained.
- If the product is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the package and send it to us.
- We will respond with the necessary process to be followed for returning the products. A pick-up of incorrect or damaged product will be initiated from our end.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage or damage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. On receiving back the product, we will verify the product against complaint received.
- We will resend a new product to you depending on the availability of the ordered products or refund your full payment.
- All dimensions and materials are mentioned on respective product pages. We will not entertain exchanges for size-related issues.
Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, except for custom orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
Can custom orders be cancelled?
Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
When will be the products shipped?
- The products that are ready and available at the time of placing the order are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
- If the product is not available, time estimate will be provided at the time of placing the order.
- Custom orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Is COD available on the orders?
No Cod is available on any of the orders,
